Short version: Cooklendar does not collect your data. Everything you create stays on your device.
1. What we collect
Nothing. Cooklendar has no user accounts and no servers. We do not collect your name, email, recipes, meal plans, shopping lists, photos, or nutrition entries, and the app contains no analytics or tracking.
2. What stays on your device
Your profile, recipes, weekly plan, shopping list, nutrition log and any photos you add are saved in the app’s private storage on this device and are never transmitted anywhere.
3. Camera & photo library
Camera access lets you photograph a meal while logging it or take a cover photo for a recipe. Photo library access is used only when you pick a cover image for a recipe or a profile picture. Those images are saved on your device and are not uploaded.
4. Notifications
The optional daily planning reminder is scheduled locally by your device. No reminder or notification data leaves your phone.
5. Sharing
We do not sell, share, or transfer your data, because we never receive it. If you use Export my data or share a recipe, you choose where that content goes through your device’s own share sheet.
6. Your control
You can export everything as a JSON file, or erase all of it permanently, from Settings at any time. Deleting the app also removes its data.
